A cry for change
As a psychiatrist, Freud successfully treated many patients with hypnosis. During his time, hypnotherapy was considered a very powerful, effective healing tool. Nowadays however, hypnosis is not even a taught subject in most universities. Strange, isn’t it? It is so clear that many of the issues that hinder us today, are derived from our sub consciousness; where the collected data of our entire life (and more) is stored. 90- 95% Of our behavior originates from there.
The word “psyche” means “soul” and “breath” and the word logos means “word/knowledge”. “Psychology” is built up of those two words. But, in reality today, psychology in many ways has pushed itself away from the science of the soul and metaphysical world and instead became more focused on the clinical science of what could simply said, be seen, observed and tested.
However, the soul, our higher self, and subconsciousness are integral components of our being.
With “Energy Psychology” both worlds are connected. Family Constellations is a method that brings to light what is hidden in our energy fields, sub-conscious and what is carried over from generations. As we have physical genes, we also have emotional genes, called Epigenetics. In order to thrive in life, we need to feel healthy, not just physically but also emotionally. Very simple, right?
Traumatic events tend to create “closed hearts” even through generations. We are terrified for a repetition of pain, so we turn away. How can you heal yourself? Doing a Constellation, even observing one, can give rapid discovery and shifts.
Through love, compassion, care, forgiveness (not condoning the fact!) and also with acceptance we penetrate our souls. Stay connected to the sources of love and compassion. Only saying, seeing and feeling love, is allowing healing energy to flow. Open your heart and let it in! See the beauty in YOU and other people, even when that seems impossible.
