    The systemic work, a typical indication for family The systemic work, a typical indication for family constellations - has 3 principles that are important to know, if you want to understand this work better. Every personal issue, whether it is about love, unexplained anxiety or depression, lack of success in work, failed relationships, strange phobias, or accidents, it's always related to one or more of the 3 principles. Most of the time bringing them to the light, acknowledging them, and working towards a resolution, is often sufficient to make the necessary changes. The 3 principles are: 1. Belonging - The way we belong - or not, can have far-reaching effects on our success and wellbeing. 2. Place and Order - (In the family and family system) 3. Give and Receive - How's the balance in your life? Kindly and patiently. Other people are different and it might be easy to forget. Understanding ourselves well helps our partner toi understand us better too. 😃 Do not punish or turn a cold shoulder. But explain calmly and respectfully.     On the other hand, love is healing. Growing toget On the other hand, love is healing. Growing together is kind of ideal. Even if you spend much time working on yourself in a relationship, be conscious about the needs of your partner. You dont want to hurt. You dont want to be sorry. Words can not be taken back. I suggest to heal as much as you can and have awareness of before you enter into a relationship. Learning Connecting Communication/NVC is an exceptionally helpful tool to peacefully resolve conflicts where both’ needs are met. Working on yourself is great, but doesnt need to burden the relationship. Healing is a life-long journey. Triggers will always show up and bring up old wounds. We can choose how to deal with it.
